Helping teachers and health professionals educate consumers in the joys
of home canning and the use of safe food preservation procedures is a
high priority for Bernardin Ltd. A special Home Canning Education package
is available to teachers and community health advisers. We would welcome
educators’ suggestions and comments regarding their needs. These comments
